A fantastic beefsteak tomato with glossy red, 225-285g (8-10oz) fruit. Caiman delivers high productivity and uniformity with meaty, juicy texture and well-balanced flavor. Its open growth habit and medium height thrive in greenhouse conditions. Fruit sets reliably, even in hot weather. Excellent disease resistance includes fusarium and leaf mold protection. Expect several trusses of large tomatoes per plant.
