Purple Beauty Seed Potato

Early maturing potato variety, in 75 to 80 days. Purple skin and white flesh. Sets up to 10 tubers per hill, of up to 16 oz potatoes when left in the soil for the full season. Soft texture, good for mashed potatoes. Can be planted close together and used as baby potatoes.
