Russet Burbank Potato

Large, long, oval tubers with lightly russeted skin, shallow eyes and white flesh. Good for steaming, baking, potato pancakes and thick-cut oven fries. Excellent storage life over the winter, long tuber dormancy period. Resistant to common scab. High yielding crop. Late harvest, 90+ days to maturity.
