Plants need access to the right amount of food, over or under feeding them and result in toxicity or waste of precious nutrient resources. Conductivity, the total ionic content from dissolved salts, of your nutritious enriched water  needs to be regularly monitored and adjusted. scientifically, when soluble nutrients are added to pure water, they dissolve to form ions with positive and negative charges, this creates a potential for electricity to move through the solution, increasing electrical conductivity. 
Measuring and altering temperature is equally important, too hot or too cold culture solutions affect plant growth rate and structure.
