Giant Key Lime Plant

Citrus aurantifolia is a unique citrus variety discovered in 1973 that produces fruit twice the size of a standard Key lime while maintaining the same signature tart flavor and intense aroma. Shrubby, evergreen tree with spiny branches and dense, glossy foliage. Ripe limes are thin-skinned and turn from green to pale yellow when fully mature. Ever-bearing, often yielding fragrant white-to-lavender flowers and fruit simultaneously throughout the year.
