Hawaiian Pink Shaddock Pummelo Budwood

Citrus maxima.

A large, tropical pomelo variety with a thick, yellow-green rind and sweet, rose-pink pulp. As the largest citrus fruit (often 2 to 4 lb), it features low acidity, mild sweetness, and segments that are best eaten fresh after removing the bitter white pith.
