La Ratte Seed Potato

La Reine Ratte du Touquet, or Asparges has an ovate shape, often with a slight curve and golden speckled skin. The flesh of this potato is a golden yellow and its texture maintains even when cooking. The small potato has a unique nutty flavour and smooth, buttery texture. Produces a large set of uniform tubers. Early fall maturing potato variety, harvest in 85 to 115 days.
