Liberty is the the most disease resistant apple tree variety developed to date. The hardy, vigorous apple tree sets heavy fruit loads and benefits from thinning to bear larger apples.

Flavor: Crisp, juicy, light yellow flesh with sprightly flavour that develops further when the apples are left in storage.
Fruit: Attractive burgundy red skin.
Storage: 4 months.
Use: Good for eating fresh, cooking, canning and desserts.
Hardiness: Zone 4.
Ripening: Harvest in early to mid October.
Pollination: Needs a pollenizer for cross pollination.
