Citrus × limonia, the mandarin lime or lemandarin, is a unique citrus hybrid between a mandarin orange and a citron. Despite the name, it is not a true lime; it produces fruit that looks like a small, orange tangerine but has an intensely acidic, sour flavor similar to a lime.
