Snowy F1 Organic Aubergine

Snowy F1 produces stunning 18cm (7") Italian-type eggplants with glossy, snowy white skins that resist yellowing. The sweet, mild flesh is meaty and firm, perfect for cooking. Vigorous plants adapt well to various conditions, including containers, making them ideal for short season growers.
