TTA ISO MegaFlowerBuffer

A flower buffer robot for the automation of sorting and bunching cut flowers.

The MegaFlowerBuffer provides flexibility during the harvest season of cut flowers designed to be used for sorting and bunching.

The MegaFlowerBuffer is an independent robot and fits behind any flower processing machine. It has proven itself in chrysanthemum and lily cultivation, amongst other varieties. The machine is a flower buffer for harvested cut flowers, positioned between the harvester and the sorting and bunching machine. 

After harvesting, flowers are transported via a direct internal transport system to the buffer, which ensures maximum performance of both the harvester and the flower processing machines.

In the processing area, the MegaFlowerBuffer offers an impressive capacity of 100 to 200 bunches. Flowers are stored undamaged and returned when the supply from the cabinet slows down. The system adds flexibility to the harvesting process and can also be used to sort and bunch flowers.
