Collection: Parsley

Petroselinum crispum is widely cultivated as a herb and a vegetable, as a biennial plant in temperate climates, and an annual herb in subtropical and tropical areas. Curly-leaf parsley is often used as a garnish. Flat-leaf parsley is preferred by chefs for its stronger flavour. Root parsley is eaten as a snack, or as a vegetable in soups, stews and casseroles.
