Honeycrisp Apple

Honeycrisp is a scab resistant and cold hardy apple tree from Minnesota. Currently the number one best selling apple across North America, honeycrisp apples have some bitter pit problems that are managed with foliar calcium sprays, easier done in a commercial setting.

Flavor: Rich flavour and explosively crisp texture.
Fruit: Skin with a yellow background almost entirely covered with a red blush.
Storage: Stores exceptionally well.
Use: Excellent apple variety for both fresh eating and cooking.
