Species hosta native to Korea. Spreads by a rhizomatous nature which makes the width of this hosta infinite. Great hosta for colonizing an area that is hard to care for. Glossy dark green leaves are elliptical and slightly rippled. Fairly sun tolerant if grown in fertile soil with good moisture retention. In August this hosta produces a numerous amount of bright purple flower buds on tall scapes, that do not open. Mature plant size: 19“ t x 45“ w
