This delectable Italian heirloom eggplant is celebrated for its stunning beauty and exceptional culinary qualities. The plump, 10-15cm (4-6") fruits are globular and bi-coloured, featuring ivory skin adorned with broad violet and purple brushstrokes like a work of art. The mildly sweet flesh is meaty with no bitterness, making it ideal for stewing, grilling, or stuffing. Plants produce more abundantly when overnight temperatures are warmer and feature tall stems while remaining fairly compact relative to fruit size.
