Sudachi Lime Sour Mandarin Plant

A small, round, green Japanese citrus fruit, a Citrus x sudachi hybrid, resulting from a cross between yuzu and a sour mandarin.   Intensely sour and tart. It is zestier and more aromatic than a standard lime. Harvested and used while dark green to preserve its acidity, though it turns yellow-orange as it ripens.
