Dosatron D9GL2 Fertigation Dosing Pump

The Dosatron D9GL operates on irrigation networks from 500 l/h to 9 m³h to distribute fertilizers and treatments, liquid or soluble, conventional or organic, injecting with ease and precision over a dosage range of 0.2% to 2% and 1% to 5%.

Best for medium sized production of fruits, vegetables, berries, ornamentals, and cut flowers, Dosatron D9GL offers reliable fertilizer application, installed single or in series for multi stock solution management or in parallel to boost flow rates.

In fertigation, Dosatron D9GL metering pumps ensure the correct dosing of nutrients into the fertigation water. With a simple by pass installation, the grower can easily switch from irrigating with plain water to controlled fertigation.

Single, double or even multiple stock solutions offer flexibility in nutrient composition. The below schematics show an A + B application. Often in use for tunnel and open field berry production.
With two D9GL metering pumps installed in series, individual dosing of A and B products is possible. To feed all the water lines and accurately inject fertilizers to the desired dose rate.
Optional agitators ensure homogen stock solutions. Appropriate filtration protects the Dosatron metering pumps. Filtration level selects according to water quality. Protect from abrasive particles and your fertilizer injector is a faithful asset to your operation.
The use of solenoid valves easily switches between irrigation and fertigation. An optional manual by pass switch instead of the standard air bleed gives you this option on mobile systems. For reduced installation space a remotely actuated by pass is available to start/stop the dosing function, while water is still passing through.
