85±5% Bifaciality  Antiglare

645-665W N-Type 66 Quarter Cell Bifacial Module with Dual Glass
Anti glare and low reflection modules for carbon neutral mega transportation.

High bifaciality ratio: key to maintaining high power at large tilt angles
Annual energy yield gain: 3-5%
Microstructure: scatters glare for an ultimate antiglare performance
30 year power warranty: from damp heat to hail tests
Damp heat test degradation: 2.12%
Thermal cycling + humidity freeze degradation: 0.98%

High visual safety photovoltaic modules can now be deployed at scale in the transport industry, which has massive energy consumption and faces decarbonization pressure.

Airways, highways, railways and other transport scenarios demand extremely high visual safety standards. Traditional modules cannot be installed due to blinding glare. 0.3s of glare distraction = 10m fatal blind zone.

The high energy demand of transport hubs can be met with the abundant spatial resources available
Airside: grass areas, runway localizers, fences, noise barriers
Land side: parking garages, under viaducts, tunnel roofs
Terminal zone: cargo roofs, hangars, GSE charging shelters.

Efficiency and Reliability Dual Drive

TOPCon Cells

Neo 3.0 employs 27% efficient, next-generation TOPCon cells, delivering 665W output at 24.62% module efficiency.

Efficient Bifacial Power Generation

  • The mainstream TOPCon bifacial rate is 80%, while the Tiger Neo 3.0 bifacial rate is 85±5%, significantly higher than the 70~75% BC bifacial rate.
  • Within the same scenario, the higher bifaciality yields an integrated power output approximately 1.34%~1.94% above that of BC counterparts-equating to an additional 9~13W for 670W modules.

*The simplified formula for current bifacial module testing methods is based on BNPI test conditions.

Excellent Low Light Performance

In low irradiance conditions (cloudy, or dawn/ dusk), TOPCon modules demonstrate superior performance, with power generation increasing by 2.26-2.49%.
*Calculated per IEC 61215-2:2021 test method.

Optimized Temperature Coefficient

By integrating MAX technology and an advanced passivation design, the temperature coefficient is optimized to -0.26%/°C, delivering additional energy yield for high temperature installations.

UV Resistance Performance

TOPCon modules demonstrate superior performance in UVID testing. Particularly after UV testing, TOPCon modules exhibit better UV resistance degradation compared to other technologies.

Universal Application Scenarios

With its "three highs and three lows" - high power, high efficiency, high bifaciality, low temperature coefficient, low light performance, and low degradation - Neo 3.0 is engineered for universal deployment. Backed by the proven quality of more than 200GW of Jinko TOPCon technology, it delivers proven reliability, superior performance, and assured investment value.
