Sangre Red Skinned Potato

Deep red skin and white flesh. High level of vitamin C.
 Oval to oblong tubers, shallow eyes, very low incidence of internal defects such as hollow heart. Suitable for boiling and baking. Good storage potato. Moderately resistant to scab and susceptible to early and late blight. Mid season harvest, matures in 70 to 90 days.
