Curly Cress Peppergrass

Fast-growing, frilly leaves emerge quickly, adding a mildly peppery flavor to salads and sandwiches. Sow small amounts frequently for a steady supply, or grow indoors as microgreens in containers of almost any size. With its rapid growth, Curly Cress Peppergrass is also a fun choice for classroom growing projects. Its flavor is reminiscent of black pepper and related to watercress and mustard. Cress is a source of vitamins C and K.
