TTA ISO FlexFixer

The FlexFiller is a high speed template filler with a minimum of recirculation substrate.

Automation robot for pot or plug tray filling with peat, dry soil, compost, potting mix, powdered coco coir, fine growing media.

The FlexFiller comes with adjustable filling density, a smart inbuilt soil return system, and a user friendly control panel in the integrated user interface. The recirculated substrate amount depends on the setup but is usually < 5%. The maximum filling dimensions are 900 x 600 mm. 

The cycle speed with just one fill is 600 steps per hour. A second fill only adds 2 seconds. The capacity of the FlexFiller depends on the amount of pots or trays to be filled per cycle.
