TTA ISO FlexSorter Packing

The FlexSorter Packing is a high speed packing machine with a vision selection system for young tree plants.

This nursery robot gets young plants graded, counted and packed or potted up, ready for retail, autonomously.

TTA ISO developed the FlexSorter Packing, a production line that extracts the plants from the tray, selects them into two different classifications, and positions them in a counted number, ready to pack into a crate or box.

When the packing season is finished, the line is also capable of transplanting and selecting young plants into two classes and placing them into a receiving tray for further propagation.
