TTA ISO TLF

The TLF table and trolley is a loader system for flats and trays.

Automated loading for trays and flats on trolleys. A mobile table or trolley is positioned underneath the TLF.

At the same time, flats or trays are placed through a buffer belt and a stepper belt combination. When sufficient flats or trays are positioned, the conveyor belt will tilt, and a slider bar will push the flats or trays on the mobile table or trolley.

The declining movement is smooth since a tilted plate guides the trays or flats. During loading, the mobile table or trolley is automatically advanced to a distance matching the size of the flat or tray.
