Yellowstone Carrot

Yellowstone Carrot is the ultimate organic roasting carrot, delivering stunning pale yellow, tapered roots that grow 15-20cm (6-8") long; the size of parsnips. These large Imperator x Nantes hybrids look sensational on the plate and offer wonderful flavour whether raw or cooked, making them ideal for soups and winter meals. Packed with vitamins C, E, and K, plus folate and the antioxidant lutein, Yellowstone carrots are as nutritious as they are delicious. They store exceptionally well in the ground, perfect for extended fall and winter harvests. Sow throughout summer to ensure a continuous supply.
