The  Sumo citrus is a Japanese hybrid renowned for its exceptional sweetness and distinctive topknot or neck at the stem end. A cross between the Kiyomi tangor and Ponkan tangerine, this fruit is almost entirely seedless and widely considered one of the most flavourful citrus varieties.
