Amarosa Fingerling Seed Potato

Shallow eyes, magenta coloured skin and matching flesh. A late summer potato variety. Sets up to 30 potatoes per hill. Easy to grow and can stand some stress. Smooth texture, keeps its colour when cooked. Good boiled whole or grilled. Mid season harvest, in 75 to 90 days.
