Mint - Menthe

Mint exists in numerous varieties, each with perceptible differences in look and scent. Mighty aromatic mints grow as a perennial in the hottest to the coldest places on earth and spread unchecked. Mint grows easily from seed and produce white to purple flowers. Plant in sunlight or shade. Use fresh and dried mint to flavour meat dishes, make tea and cold beverages and extract essential oil to use for aromatherapy and traditional medicine.
