The Megastar is specifically designed for large products like mangoes. The spreading V belts guarantee a smooth transfer onto the carrier and from there the mid positioned rotating axis of the carrier ensures an even transfer to the brushes.

Twinvision AI External Quality Sensor.

The mango Twinvision creates a full 3D representation of your mangoes. It works with a variety of user defined quality sorting parameters, allowing each and every product passing the cameras to fit into a category. Twinvision allows you to optimize batch quality and to add value by satisfying the needs of different markets. 

• On skin defects: mechanical damage, bruises and russet.

Acoustic Firmness Sensor.

The Acoustic Firmness Sensor (AFS) measures the firmness and elasticity properties of your product across the surface of the mango, guaranteeing a global result instead of a local result.

PACKING
Tailor made lines of unique and versatile packaging systems. Produce is packaged in accordance to the individual requirements of the customer (e.g. for supermarkets and retailers, wholesalers and distributors, local transport and exports). Options include crates and boxes. All packaging can be labelled with the date of production and all other desired information, enabling accurate tracking and tracing on an international scale.
