Eriophyllum lanatum, commonly known as Oregon Sunshine or Common Woolly Sunflower, is a stunning native perennial reaching 12–24" tall. Despite its name, it's not a true sunflower, but produces intensely yellow 2" blooms from May through August that rise beautifully above silvery-grey, woolly foliage. This hardy perennial thrives in full sun and partial shade, making it versatile for gardens. Its gradual spread and year-round ornamental appeal suit containers, borders, and alpine rock gardens perfectly. A pollinator magnet and beneficial insect attractor, it's an essential addition to organic gardens.
