Napoli F1 Carrot

Napoli is a versatile early Nantes type hybrid that excels for cool season growing under cover in spring and late fall to winter. Rated by many as one of the best tasting carrots available, these roots become incredibly sweet after frost as they convert starches into sugars; a natural anti-freeze mechanism. Roots mature at 12-17cm (5-7"), but they're equally wonderful as baby carrots. This extra early hybrid is favored by organic growing experts. Seeds may be coated with an inert, organically certified layer that minimizes clumping in storage and seed sowing machines.
