Parsley Pea

Parsley Pea seeds produce unique, delicious tendrils perfect for harvesting as microgreens. Technically a snap pea, this variety is prized for its edible tendrils, leaflets, and flowers rather than mature pods. Harvest whole plants at 15-20cm tall, or cut above the first node for a second flush of growth. If left unharvested for greens, plants produce snap peas in about 60 days on 1m tall vines. Ideal for 5-gallon patio containers or flower boxes; simply cut fresh tendrils as needed. Their crisp, tender texture makes them a delightful addition to salads and sandwiches.
