Zohar Sunflower

Zohar Sunflower is a radiant F1 hybrid variety prized by florists for its golden-orange petals and classic dark brown centres. Single, pollenless blooms, 10-15cm (4-6") wide, are borne on sturdy stems reaching 1.5m (5') tall, making them ideal for florists and market growers. The intensely golden petals look like little flames licking around the inner disk. It has an exceptionally long vase life, often lasting up to 12 days once cut. It is a single-stem variety, meaning each plant produces one large, high-quality flower rather than multiple smaller ones. While pollenless, it still produces plenty of nectar, so bees and butterflies will still frequent your garden.
