Ubbe Charcoal Oven

The new handmade Ubbe oven can be used as convection oven or Neapolitan style pizza oven. You can make a pizza every 90 seconds when it comes up to the right temperature of 500°.
The charcoal oven is 18.8 inches wide, 35.4 inches high, although it rises to 74.8 inches total with the outlet pipe, and 17.3 inches deep. The refractory stone is a single piece pf dimension 13.8 inches x 13.8 inches and the cooking cabinet is 13.7 inches x 13.7 inches x 7.87 inches high. The oven comes with a smoker kit.
Ubbe is made of iron with a rustic rusted finish.
