Discovered as a chance seedling in Wetaskiwin, Alberta in 1992. Smooth, pinkish brown thin skin, shallow eyes, white flesh and creamy texture. Good for boiling, baking, roasting and salads. Do not mash well until late September. Matures in 50 to 70 days. Great for winter storage.
