Sow Vates Blue Curled Scotch Kale in early spring for a summer harvest, or in July for fall and winter crops. This slow-bolting, dwarf variety produces finely curled, blue-green leaves and grows to about 30–40 cm (12–16 in) tall and 60 cm (24 in) wide. Its compact size suits patio gardens and containers of at least five gallons. A light frost brings out extra tenderness and sweetness in the leaves.
Matures in 50-80 days.
