Winterbor F1 Kale

Winterbor F1 Kale is a vigorous, exceptionally frost-hardy Scottish variety, producing tall, highly productive plants with thick, curly, ruffled blue-green leaves. Pick young leaves several times for salads, then let plants mature for a generous winter harvest. Sow in early spring for summer picking or in midsummer for fall and winter harvests. Finely chop the leaves for fresh salads, or add them to soups and stir-fries.
