Can be used to stock dams, streams and aquaculture farms to grow trout angling or market sizes.
All female eggs suitable for fresh water production with water temperatures that can reach up to 24ºC. Genetic selection for Lactococcus garvieae resistance and high fillet yield.
Depending on the supply groups, eyed egg size varies between 8 000 to 12 000 eggs per litre. Egg sizes are homogenous per order. Expected hatch rates of over 95%.
Triploid sterile Brown trout eggs are offered from May to mid August. The procedure involves pressure shocking eggs after fertilization. This delicate and strictly controlled process allows the guarantee of an industry standard triploid success rate of ≥95%.
Facilities using mountain water allows the fish to express their natural spawning behaviour.
