Hydra F1 Kale

Hydra F1 is a distinctive seaweed-type kale with blue-green, almost silver leaves and deeply serrated, spiky edges. Its thick, characterful leaves are excellent lightly cooked, with a mild flavour that becomes sweeter as outdoor temperatures drop. A great choice for extending the season, Hydra can be left in the garden after the first frost. Plants grow 60–80 cm (24–32 in) tall.
