Pioppini

Black poplar mushroom is as popular in Italy as it is in Chinese cuisine. Yanagi-matsutake will grow well in willows and poplars.

Ready-to-fruit velvet pioppini blocks will produce two crops over 6 weeks.

Use pioppini grain spawn to cultivate mushrooms in substrates. Carefully control humidity levels, fruiting piopinni pins are sensitive.

Use a minimum of 15 mL of pioppini liquid culture to inoculate 4 lb. of sterilized grain. Use liquid culture within 20 days of receipt.
