Purple Prince Oriental x Trumpet Lily

A regal maroon purple hybrid which has a pink flush and lime green nectary furrows. Purple Prince makes for a lush floriferous garden when planted en masse alone or when paired. Their huge, waxy flowers have slightly recurved petals, elongated anther tipped stamens, and a subtle, fruity fragrance. 

A cross between the Oriental lily and the Trumpet lily results into very tall lilium plants with strongly fragrant big flowers borne on strong stems in mid to late summer.
 Excellent cut flower crop. 
Plant in full sun to part shade.


Hardy down to USDA zone 3.
