Shepody Potato

Long tubers, white skin, white moist flesh and medium deep eyes. Excellent tasting potato for boiling, baking and french frying. Moderately resistant to rhizoctonia, black scurf. Susceptible to common scab and late blight. Good storage qualities but needs ventilation through the pile. Mid season potato, ready for harvest in 70 to 90 days.
