TTA ISO MidiPot Linear Plug Transplanter

For now a decade, the TTA ISO Midi line has been known as one of its most popular transplanters. The MidiPot plants as a linear potting machine. Its design incorporates the possibility to operate over both a conveyor belt for packs and operation over different brands of linear pot fillers.

Automated plant transplantation and pot up robot, designed to adapt to trays, packs, shuttle trays and pots and to be lined up to pot filler machines.

Transplanting over a pot filler offers a lot of advantages, such as transplanting straight after drilling, flexibility in pot size, multiple plants per pot, and more. All possible demands in the area of transplanting has been incorporated into one unique transplanter.

The MidiPot is available in capacities ranging from 3000 up to 16 000 plants per hour, depending on the pot filler and number of plants per pot.

With an additional conveyor system, it can also be utilized for transplanting into trays, packs and shuttle trays. The MidiPot offers an easy to understand user interface with built in self diagnosis.
