Amazing Cauliflower

This exceptional cauliflower variety lives up to its name with remarkable ability to maintain texture and flavour both in field and garden. Harvest as baby heads or wait for full-size maturity, when heads reach 25cm (10") and are completely self-blanching.
Unlike many varieties with exposed heads vulnerable to sunlight, Amazing features large upright wrapper leaves that naturally shelter the developing head. This means no urgent harvesting schedules; pick them as needed without compromising quality.
The plants are medium-sized with domed, tightly packed curds and show impressive resilience to temperature stress, whether cold or hot conditions. Medium-fussiness makes this an excellent choice for cauliflower beginners or gardeners who've experienced challenges before. If you're new to growing cauliflower, Amazing is the reliable variety to start with.
