Ultravision AI External Quality Sensor.

Provide the perfect quality to your customers with the help of our apple Ultravision camera system. Working with a variety of user defined quality sorting parameters, each and every apple passing under the cameras will be sorted in the quality category of your choice. PACKING AND PALLETIZING

Produce is packaged in accordance to the individual requirements of the customer (e.g. for supermarkets and retailers, wholesalers and distributors, local transport and exports). Options include crates, boxes, bags or punnets. All packaging can be labelled with the date of production and all other desired information, enabling accurate tracking and tracing on an international level.

Binfilling.

Using sophisticated flumes in combination with wet bin fillers allows you to quickly and gently fill your bins with your pre sorted apples. Naturally, all information concerning your graded apples can be printed on the bin label or exported to any database or ERP software. 
Our dry binfillers are specifically designed to re bin your apples from your commit to pack sorting line. Combining high capacity with extreme gentle fruit handling will allow you to re bin your pre sorted apples in a safe and time efficient way.
