Hydrangea arborescens Abetwo Incrediball

Hydrangea arborescens, native to Eastern North America, spreads rapidly from stolons to form colonies in mesic soils under the canopy of deciduous forests and along woodland water courses. The stem bark of sevenbark peels off in several successive thin layers with different colours. The multi stemmed deciduous flowering shrub of smooth hydrangea is a pollinator plant, attracting and supporting bees and butterflies. This vigorous hortensia species flowers white, emerging lime green and ages back to green, on new wood from summer through autumn and can be hard pruned in late fall to early spring.
