The Grade 8000 is developed with the latest robotic vision technologies to provide optimal sorting capabilities.

This sorting machine uses vision technologies based on AI and 3D technology, allowing plants to be accurately sorted according to your specific requirements and preferences.

With the Grade 8000, each plant is individually assessed in a complete 3D image. By leading the plants through a camera box where multiple cameras are set up, a detailed 3D image of each young plant is captured. This technology, supported by AI software developed by Robovision, offers growers unprecedented possibilities to sort plants based on criteria particularly important to the grower.

Based on the settings, you, as a grower, can determine the criteria the plants must meet for each sorting. Based on consumer specific demands, the machine can be designed with 3, 4 or more robots. Each robot represents a selection. The robots are equipped with specially designed grippers for optimal handling of plants and plugs. Depending on the type of plug and plant specifications, the grippers are designed for optimal handling and quality preservation.
