Autumn Star F1 Kalette

Autumn Star F1 Kalette is a distinctive cross between kale and Brussels sprouts, bred using traditional techniques. The plants produce open, miniature kale-like rosettes along their stems, each about 5 cm (2 inches) across. Enjoy the kalettes raw, steamed, briefly sautéed, or added to soups and stir-fries.
The earliest-maturing kalette variety, Autumn Star grows to a size and shape similar to Brussels sprouts or mature kale. For best results, transplant in May or mid-June and harvest in fall, when cooler weather arrives.
