Fully automatic release system to evenly spray live natural enemy insect, beneficial fungi spore, bacterium and nematode biopesticides onto outdoor and indoor crop on a large scope or the epicentre of a plant pest infestation using blowing air .
Use for:

- Use the Natutec Airobug for the distribution of natural enemies in the crop. The Airobug can be used for large surfaces and full field distribution in high tech greenhouses with internal transport systems.
Mode of action:
The Distribug is mounted on stationary on a frame . Plant tables move autonomous on a rail. Once the plant table arrives underneath the Distribug it triggers a sensor. From this moment the Distribug will sprinkle and spread the natural enemies uniformly over the plants positioned on the plant table, using a fly wheel. When the end of the plant table reaches the sensor, the Distribug will stop sprinkling and wait for the next table to trigger the sensor again. The Distribug is fully adaptable to the speed which the plant tables move.
Product specifications:
The Distribug consists of the following components:
- A sprinkling device mounted on a frame.
- Volume of the drum fits 5 litres of product.
- Automatic activation and stopping sensor.
Dosing volume of drum pot:
5 litres.
Application:
- The Distribug is custom made and delivered including a training for staff on the spot.
- Installation and adjustments will be carried out by Koppert personnel.
- Fill the dosing drum with the material to be released and close the lid.
- The Distribug will start releasing the material when the sensor is triggered.
Storage:
Store the Distribug in a dry and dust free area.
