Yuzu Plant

Citrus × junos is a highly aromatic, cold-hardy citrus tree of Chinese origin, most famous for its use in Japanese and Korean culture. It is a natural hybrid of a mandarin orange and the ichang papeda. Small, bumpy yellow citrus with a complex, tart blend of aromas. The upright evergreen small tree is known for having long, sharp thorns and dark green leaves with large, leaf-like petioles. Exceptionally resilient for a citrus, tolerating temperatures as low as -12°C/ 10°F.
