Citrus paradisi.
A variant of the widely popular, largely seedless white Marsh grapefruit, often sought by collectors for its specific characteristics. It originates from the classic Marsh cultivar (circa 1860, Florida), which is known for its yellow, thin-skinned fruit, pale yellow flesh, and sweet-tart flavor profile.
A seedless (or very low-seed) variety with a slightly sweet, high-acid, and juicy flavour.
Trees are vigorous, productive, and well-suited to hot, inland climates, with high adaptability for container growing.
A robust,, generally thornless tree that can be pruned to maintain a smaller size (8-10 feet) for easy harvesting.
Prepared by the Givaudan Citrus Variety Collection at The University of California Riverside.
